Job Description
To act as the first point of contact, handling inbound & outbound telephone calls & electronic communication from customers & contractors in relation to managed contract work orders.
Monitoring, triaging & actioning of Work orders in a prompt & efficient manner, ensuring accurate allocation of work orders & ensuring completion within agreed timescales.
All actions should be mirrored in the system notes so that anyone looking at the job is aware of recent actions.
Responsible for updating the client via weekly reports & occassionally conference calls when required.
Dealing with escalations & chases in a prompt & professional manner.
See work requests through from cradle to grave.
Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service to the Customer.
Joint responsibility of shared mailbox for the team as well as various checks & chasing outstanding jobs.
Be able to work on own as well as in a team.
Organise & prioritise work to maximise efficiency & achieve deadlines.
Communicate fluently and confidentiality with colleagues, customers & Management.
Ensure effective written & verbal communication of all critical operational issues where required.
Comply with other reasonable management instructions.
Must be able to work shifts from 08.30am - 5.00pm in office.
