Position: Full-Time Administration Officer - National Probation Service - Manchester
Contract: Temporary, initially 3 months with possibility of extension
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £10.42 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an administrator to support the management team at the National Probation Service Manchester. This is an administrative role based in the Greater Manchester Redfern office. The job holder supports the provision of business specific and transactional office based activities across the Greater Manchester Probation Service. Managing mailboxes, completing trackers on excel, helping support practitioners, sending out letters, updating databases etc.
It is essential that the job holder works collaboratively with other team members to provide the whole range of administrative support services required. The job holder may be expected to support a number of teams/functions within the operational area and is expected to have sufficient knowledge of MS packages.
Requirements:
" Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
" Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
