Important Details:



  • Contract: Permanent

  • Salary: Grade 3, Points 4-6 (Actual £9,192 to £9,720)

  • Working Pattern: 16 hours a week during school term time + 1 week

  • Pension: Greater Manchester Pension Fund with employer contributions of up to 19.6%

  • Location: Parrs Wood Road, Didsbury, M20 6BX


Duties of the Finance & HR Administrator:


You will work alongside the Finance & HR Manager, and School Business Manager to support:



  • Accounts receivable – income, invoicing, reports, cash recording, banking

  • HR administration – return to work processes, CPD records, maintaining personnel files, supporting recruitment processes


The Finance & HR Administrator must:



  • Have transferrable skills

  • Be efficient

  • Have attention to detail

  • Be pro-active and organised

  • Have good communication skills


Advantages but not essential:



  • Previous experience in other relevant roles
