Contract Administration Team Lead Full Time

BAM FM are looking to recruit a Contract Administration Team Leader based at our offices in Salford.


The FM Contract Admin Team Leader is required to oversee and co-ordinate the end to end processes of the contract admin and scheduling function ensuring that full and effective support is provided to the operational teams in line with contractual requirements. and ensure all current and prospective Clients requirement are met.


The Contract Admin & Scheduling is crucial to ensuring contractual compliance from a service delivery and statutory requirement perspective


Your mission



  • Supervision of the contract admin & Scheduling team to ensure maximum productivity

  • Create and maintain effective individual and team working relationships with the Helpdesk team & Contact Centre Manager

  • Provide training and support to team

  • Ensure PPM generation and scheduling in line with contractual requirements for internal resources and sub contractors

  • Contract renewal process, ensuring compliance with process and issuing of purchase orders

  • Generation of monthly client reports, ensuring system is up to date prior to issue

  • Provide support to Contract Centre Manager & Helpdesk Team Lead as and when required

  • Management of service delivery in accordance with contract specification, using best practice commercial and industry practices.

  • Ensure KPI, SLA and Performance Standards requirements are met.

  • Procurement of goods and subcontractor services in compliance with BAM FM Procurement policy.

  • Manage and deliver all mechanical and electrical services to Clients, to ensure that they comply with current legislation and to be responsible for the statutory testing, inspection and record keeping.

  • Responsibility for the implementation of Health and Safety, quality, environmental system requirements ensuring compliance with all legislation and BAM FM policy and procedures.

  • Competent knowledge of IT packages.

  • Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent people management skills
