As an HR Administration Support Assistant you will help provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to the HR department, who research, design and implement cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administration Support Assistant to join our Centralised Recruitment team within our Bolton Office on an 18-month contract. This opportunity will be specialising in high volume Store Operations recruitment.


The successful applicant will join a dynamic department, which research, design and implement cost effective and efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.


The Regional Recruitment team is responsible for the screening of Online applications and Video interviews across multiple business areas, including Store Operations and Logistics Management. They support with headhunting and proactive sourcing of candidates, answering recruitment related queries and business reporting, and working with the wider business to uphold best practice. Further to this, the team work closely with Customer Services to support the candidate experience, as well as fault finding, troubleshooting and testing in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


About You




  • Administration experience in a fast-paced environment

  • A confident communicator with an interest in recruitment

  • Ability to work and remain calm under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail & analytical skills

  • Highly organised and ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Solution focused

  • Flexible to adapt to the demands of an ever-changing business environment

  • Salary starting from £27,495 rising to £32,105

  • 18-month Fixed Term Contract

  • Monday - Friday, 5 days per week, working 8am to 4:30pm with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
