£25K- £32K annually depending on experience


The Client
My client is a property company based in the City of London, they are looking for an energetic, proactive, and personable receptionist to join their team. The role will include lots of meeting and greeting guests and managing meeting rooms whilst supporting any administration tasks that come in. This is a temporary to permanent reception role.


The Role

• Meeting and greeting clients


• Managing a busy meeting room diary


• Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy at all times of day


• As it is a small company to helps with general office administration and facilities tasks as well


• Answering and transferring calls


• Will be based in the office 5 days per week


• Coordination and logistics of room bookings and catering administration


• Looking for someone super bubbly, switched on, and eager to learn

The Person
To apply for this role you must have had experience in a Reception role. You have to be a proactive worker and have worked in a customer-facing role. You must also be able to start immediately.
