Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Social Investment team
- Maintain and update databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and distribute relevant reports and documents
- Facilitate and coordinate team meetings and events
- Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation
- Handle incoming queries and correspondences professionally
- Manage and organise the team's workload to meet set deadlines
- Support the team in any other administrative tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- A background in secretarial or business support roles
