An opportunity has arisen for an organized, motivated and personable individ


ual to join the Mileway Transactions team in London West End. This is a busy role that will see the successful candidate playing an important part in the day to day running of the office, providing administrative support to the team.


We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach, that has excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and throw themselves into being part of a great team.

What you’ll do




  • Providing day to day administrative support to the Transactions Manager and wider team



  • Ensuring the office is well organized and presentable for staff and visitors



  • Managing all office contracts and renewals



  • Managing enquiries that come through to the office by phone or email



  • Calendar support.



  • Business planning/organization.



  • Arrange internal/external meetings/events.



  • Align and organise travel.



  • Optimize team communication.



  • Expense management (filing expense reports, reimbursements, interacting with the A/P and treasury teams, and other various expense management tasks)



  • Peer relationships and interactions: maintaining constructive working relationship with key stakeholder assistants (BX partners, etc) and within Mileway.



  • Event management



  • Other emerging items (capturing all other items that may come up).




What you’ll bring




  • Previous office management or secretarial experience



  • A team player who is willing to get involved and have a hands-on approach



  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written





  • A proactive mindset and being willing to take initiative



  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Office and PowerPoint



  • Experienced with sharepoint, CMS and CRM is preferred but not essential
