What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Medical Secretary to join our Orthopedics institute.
This is a full-time role with the following shift patterns: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, hybrid working model being 2-3 days onsite.

This position will include secretarial and administrative support of the highest quality to consultants, performing a variety of duties such as handling telephone calls, liaising with patients, scheduling appointments, and dealing with correspondence.
What will your duties include?
Serve as an administrative point of contact and act as a liaison between the patient and consultant. Supports the consultant and patient with queries relating to the patient treatment pathway. Work collaboratively with the patient access and business office teams and provide guidance to the patient as appropriate to facilitate a seamless patient journey.
Manage and prioritise multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively under the direction of the Medical Secretary Manager and Clinical Institute Leadership; manages and edits consultant schedules, consultant diaries, coordinating patient appointments, and responding to queries from patients, staff, and others.
Correspond with patients via telephone, e-mail, and letter.
Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., medical reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.)
Other duties assigned.
What we need from you?
Medical secretary experience, working in a private healthcare setting.
Experience of using Electronic Medical Records systems.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office.
Effective and sensitive communication with patients.
Exceptional prioritization and organization skills.
