ICT Service Desk Analyst

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an ICT Service Desk Analyst to join an expanding organisation in Salford. The role will be hybrid, with two days a week needed in office. It is a 12-month FTC contract with a salary point between £28,000 and £31,000.
The Role:
- Provide 1st line support across a range of end user devices, including changing passwords, troubleshooting and setting up new users
- Utilise knowledge of software such as Windows, and O365 as well as hardware such end user devices
- Maintain and update IT asset records, keeping note of any additions and disposals
- Ensure support documentation is maintained for all fault fixes and requests
- Ensure risks are identified and managed within IT applications
- Work as a part of the service desk rota system, taking user support calls and investigating issues, promoting a customer and performance focused culture
- Implement solutions to issues, and escalate these issues when required
The Person:
- High levels of personable communication and customer service
- Ability to present technology and solutions in a clear and concise manner to audiences
- Experienced in IT Sector
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
