We are searching for an

IT SUPPORT MANAGER

You support our team members by finding solutions for their IT-related questions and tasks in a quick and efficient manner.

Your daily tasks:

• Support our employees in all IT-related queries.


• Working & resolution of IT Service desk tickets in timely manner.


• Troubleshooting of client System/ Network, Printers, Scanners, Access permissions, etc.


• Develop and build security policies and procedures for Cloud Systems & Networks.


• Implement firewalls and ensure IT security requirements.


• Ongoing tracking and working on tickets and tasks.


• Working and Managing our Ecommerce Website.


• Assisting in our Ecommerce Stores and Platforms like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Wowcher, Groupon, Googroopie etc.


• Learn all aspects of the ecommerce website and how it integrates with external and internal systems


• Collaborate with design, QA, development and analytics resources for implementation and analysis


• Manages day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for web project-related initiatives


• Executes on the Plan

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology or relevant fields.


• 1+ years’ experience of professional experience in an IT position at Level 2 and 3


• Support help desk environment.


• Knowledge of working with IT Helpdesk systems like Share suite, etc.


• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Server.


• Deployment of Microsoft Sentinel.


• Good knowledge of System Trouble shooting Print Servers, Scanner, File Servers, User Access Management GPO, Azure Active Directory and endpoint manager.


• Advanced experience in networks and firewalls.


• Advance knowledge of remote management tools like Tactical RMM, Team viewer, Any Desk, etc.


• Efficient and professional communication in English language


• Candidates with certifications in Networks & Systems will be preferred.
