We are now looking for an Online Booking Administrator working closely with the Projects and Software Development teams.
Responsibilities will include customer support, adding to and maintaining the online booking system. Our busy events calendar requires a hands-on approach with some technical know-how necessary. Experience with online CRM, management portals or help-desks will be advantageous.
Job Description & Objectives:
- Set-up and manage events in online booking portal.
- Provide 1st line support (help-desk) for both colleagues and dealerships.
- Liaise and act as intermediary between users and developers.
- Be able to translate customer requirements or issues to the tech team and report releases/fixes in an efficient and effective manner.
- Pick up market demands/needs and translate them into valuable/useful functionalities to improve the online booking portal.
- Manage the list of required functionalities.
- Ensure the system is up to date with brands, logos and current vehicle options.
- Work with the development, sales and events teams, to ensure the system is user friendly and fit for purpose for all user requirements.
- Identify areas where we can improve the customer journey.
- Continually review and ensure the system is working smoothly.
- Be able to use excel to format data before entering onto the system.
- Ensuring clients have relevant documents to support their use of the system.
- Maintaining accounts and troubleshooting where required.
- Learn basic SQL if required
Measurement:
- Customer satisfaction.
- Internal staff satisfaction.
- Number of handled events and/or campaigns.

- Direct report to Projects Manager
- Digital Development Team
- Senior Stakeholders.
Competencies / Skills:
- Speak the language of our customers and developers (Friendly, professional, technical).
- Being able to prioritise needs and demands, whilst maintaining a structured workflow.
- Previous experience in a troubleshooting, help-desk or technical role, would be ideal.
- Excellent attention to detail and particularly using excel
- No previous coding skills necessary, but a high level of technical resource required.
- Ability to switch between customer needs and technical requirements.
- Flexible work-hours in respect of the needs of the business.
- Ability to work both remotely and within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
