1st Line IT Helpdesk Technician

We are recruiting for a first line IT Technician to work for a growing business based in Manchester.
The role will be working on an established helpdesk and closly with 1st and 2nd line technciain.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- a) Superior Customer Service Skills
- b) Able to prioritise and schedule own workload within a fast-paced environment.
- c) Proactive and positive approach to problem solving and client interaction.
- d) Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility and uses own initiative to troubleshoot complex issues.
- e) IT Service Desk Environment.
- f) Networking Experience (routers, switches & firewalls). Understand basic network terminology and basicnetwork configuration.
- g) Administering & supporting Office365, with hands on experience of user and licence administration
- h) Microsoft Desktop.
- i) Administering & supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, preferably in a VMWare ESXi environment or HyperV.
The salaryis £20,000 to £25,000 Negotiable
