We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join the team as an IT Infrastructure Manager!
It's an exciting time for urbanbubble, as we embark on a large scale digital transformation project. If you are someone who loves managing IT Infrastructure including core Microsoft Services, driving continuous improvement and leading a team, this may be the role for you!

- Salary between £35,000 - £45,000

What will you do?
- Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure, including core Microsoft services (Azure AD, Microsoft 365), and hardware (Laptops, Mobiles, Phones).
- Procurement and deployment of IT equipment, stock management, upgrades.
- Regularly conduct IT risk assessments, identifying possible vulnerabilities in infrastructure.
- Lead response and recovery activities for IT security breaches or intrusions. Prepare post-incident reports and take steps to prevent future incidents.
- Manage IT support team, ensuring SLAs are met, providing a 2nd/3rd escalation point for technical queries.
- To act as a role model for the values and key behaviours across the organisation
- To promote peak performance through proper objective setting, one to one’s, personal development, team meetings and performance reviews
Foster and continually improve the IT support helpdesk, providing top-tier customer service to the business
Ensure all IT systems and technical infrastructure are compliant with legislation and company policy, maintaining a high standard of IT security.
