Junior IT Support Engineer

We now have a vacancy for an Junior IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the IT infrastructure at the Oldham site.
Other duties include:
· General setting up of equipment and simple tasks such as basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the current IT personnel along with the IT service provider with the aim of implementing improvements.
- Setting up of new computers, both digitally & physically when required.
- Repairing of corrupt/full-capacity computers by clearing & re-installing our company install of Windows.
- Aiding the team with any questions that may arise.

- Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.

- Technical mindset with a background in IT.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GCSE’s Grades 5 to 9 (C+ to A+) / A-level in both Maths and English.
- Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to add value, reduce costs and advice on business improvements.

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
