About the role:
As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing essential IT support to our clietns, ensuring that thir systems are running smoothly and users are able to work effectively. You'll be working from our office in Whitefield, Manchester, so daily presence is essential.
Qualifications:

- Understanding common IT issues and knowledge of networking
- Knowledge of Networking, Office 365 , VMs, Azure, Active Directory,
Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to and resolve IT-related queries and issues from employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining productivity
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, identifying and rectifying potential problems proactively
- Assist users with software and hardware installations, updates, and provide guidance on everyday IT use
- Maintain detailed records of IT issues, resolutions, and user interactions to ensure consistent support and facilitate future troubleshooting
- Work closely with the second and third-line support teams, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Answer incoming IT support calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring that all user issues are logged and addressed in a timely manner
- Provide both remote troubleshooting solutions and on-site support when necessary, ensuring all IT issues are resolved with minimal disruption to users
Location: Whitefield, Manchester
This is an on-site position requiring daily presence at our office in Whitefield, Manchester.
