Job Description
Lead the Digital transformation taking place from a Solutions Architecture perspective. Hands on Team Leadership with Passion and ability to develop others Foster an environment of collaboration between each department. Liaise with Outsourced teams Engage with all departments and support the development of the existing IT team.
The Successful Applicant
Passionate leader with at least 5 years with a diverse background in overseeing complete digital transformation processes. A degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is a plus. Working knowledge of digital technologies such as IoT, and cloud computing (specifically Azure). Experience with implementing AI and machine learning would be a bonus. Strong knowledge of data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance. Experience in effectively managing change and leading cultural shifts.
What's on Offer
Salary £80-100K, Pension, Health care, Bonus up to 20% Hybrid working 1-2 days/week.
