About the Role:We are looking to recruit an IT Technical Support Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn. The IT Technical Support Apprentice will work closely with the IT Team to provide management of IT services and general IT support, to supply technical help to ensure smooth operations. Due to the nature of the role, there will be times you are asked to lone work. For this reason, we would welcome applications from candidates over 18 years old.
Please be advised this is an apprenticeship position and the hourly rate is £5.28 for the first 12 months regardless of age.
You will receive training to develop and demonstrate the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour to achieve a Level 3 Diploma - Infrastructure Technician
