IT Apprentice

Our client is a unique integrated agency who helps brands play a meaningful role in people's lives.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates as they are now searching for results-driven, analytical IT Apprentices to join their Apprenticeship Programme!

Role:

• Handle incoming IT support calls, emails and messages from agency staff to raise requests and log incidents


• Accurately log calls, providing details of issues to team members for troubleshooting and resolutions


• Resolve issues promptly and efficiently with the use of sound technical troubleshooting


• Escalate tickets to the appropriate team member to ensure they are dealt with efficiently


• Gain exposure to IT Service Management and hands on support of agency IT environments

Requirements:

• C or 4 and above on Maths and English GCSE required


• Willingness to be part of a team


• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite


• IT Literate


• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed


• Ideally, you'll have some awareness of Adobe Creative Cloud
