We are pleased to be working with a well-established Global recruitment business, who have recently expanded and have an office based in Manchester. Currently they have a small ambitious team, with plans for extensive expansion in the future. Our client is seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter to join their thriving team.

The Role: This is a full 360-role where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. There will be a warm desk for you to utilise, working on permanent placements within the IT sector. This is a brilliant opportunity for those looking to utilise their people skills – expertly headhunting to source high quality candidates for a wide range of large, global clients across The UK, whilst seeking to build a strong client base by approaching and negotiating with prospective business.

Once established within the business, there is scope to build a team of junior recruiters around you and to move into a managerial position, should this be something that you are looking for.

• At least 2 years’ 360 recruitment experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within the IT sector or a related field


• You have a hands-on approach to recruitment with experience with generating new business, building strong client relationship


• You are a highly ambitious, dedicated and credible individual


• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)


• You have strong billings and a stable employment history

• Unlimited personal commission structure, as well as a quarterly bonus
