The Role: With the companies headquarters based in Edinburgh, Manchester is a newer, smaller team who are close knit and work with some big names.

This is a 360 recruitment role where you will build new long-standing relationship with clients and meticulous source quality candidates in the perm IT market.

The role is fully remote/ WFH, although the ideal candidate must be based in or near Manchester due to where business demand is.

• At least 18 months 360 recruitment experience, ideally in IT or Tech, however other sectors will also be considered


• Enjoys building new relationships and expanding your network. With the ability to evidence success developing new client partnerships


• Ability to adapt to change, as this is a growing team


• Confident and driven individual who enjoys working with others, as well as having the motivation and ability to work independently


• Desire to provide solutions and solve problems
