Service Desk Analyst

• Location: Rochdale, 5-days on-site


• Salary: Up to £24,000 plus training budget at your disposal

As the first point of contact for users, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch IT support across all existing business applications. You will be responsible for upholding the consistent delivery of high-quality IT support, ensuring the ongoing excellence and performance of all IT systems.

• Experience of working on a support desk or technical environment.


• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a first IT point of contact for all internal users, including on-site support in person as required


• Logging and responding to call submitted to the Service Desk via telephone, email, or web portal.


• Provide system access as requested for new users, leavers and to support any system changes.


• Monitoring and escalating tickets as required to meet or exceed SLAs.


• Maintain service desk documentation including guidance for users.


• Liaise with other members of the IT team and external partners as required to support resolution of support tickets.


• Supporting hardware onsite to ensure seamless functioning for users.
