Market leading niche retail financial services specialist with a major transformation agenda involving significant changes to their IT estate, require an Infrastructure Project Manager with hands-on experience of having implemented an enterprise-wide systems change. Having gained an understanding of IT Infrastructure through project managing technical changes you will have performed the implementation management role on some large scale systems or infrastructure changes, taking responsibility for business readiness activities, cut-over planning, back-out plans, etc. Whilst a natural team player, you must have previously led the implementation workstream and have developed interpersonal skills to manage and communicate at all levels. Your planning skills must be extremely well honed with a keen eye for essential detail and relevant reporting. The ability to influence at various levels and work autonomously is also core to the role. The contract will be for initially 6 months, is predominantly home based and pay c£550-£600 per day (outside IR35).
