For more information about Landbay please visit our website: https://landbay.co.uk/about-us The role Reviewing of Completions Inbox and raising tasks/distributing emails according Answering of all incoming calls on the completions line and dealing with any relevant enquiries and distributing any other calls to the relevant team Dealing with all incoming post to the Completions Team and distributing where needed Responding to basic completions enquiries that are received via phone or email from intermediaries, brokers valuers or Solicitors Dealing with various other ad hoc duties that help to assist the Completions Team to ensure a smooth day to day running. Desired/Essential Skills & Experience Essential Good communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential Good project and time management skills The ability to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities sometimes change. The ability to work under pressure to deadlines. You must be comfortable working to a brief, as a member of a team as well as on your own You must be committed and enthusiastic and flexible You must have a good working knowledge of MS Office A good sense of humour. Desired Administration experience within the mortgage industry A future leader in the making whilst working in a collegiate environment The desire to succeed through collaborative commitment whilst also not being shy to want to stand out from the crowd from time to time.
