As the Office Coordinator, you will join On’s Workplace Experience Team, which owns all activities around Hospitality, Internal Events and Facility Management. You will drive all hospitality topics for our London workspace and showroom and deliver the WOW to our On team members, as well as to guests and partners. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in a highly dynamic environment, are at ease in finding solutions to at times unexpected or unplanned situations and enjoy discovering ways of optimisation. It is important to you to build strong relationships and partner very closely with many teams across the organisation, especially with our Internal Events and Facility Management and Tech team.
Your Mission
-
You are our On Culture ambassador with the aim to create a unique place to collaborate
You steer and optimise all office management operations including all budget aspects
You ensure that health & safety requirements are met internally as well as with local authorities and coordinate maintenance support
You provide support to teams, including the planning and coordination of office activities, workshops and internal events
You coordinate collaborations with partners and suppliers
You drive and ensure clear and engaging communication around workplace aspects
You are the office point of contact and hands on generalist for IT and Audio&Video needs, supported by the Zurich team
You contribute to hospitality and workplace experience topics beyond your location, to create exchange and synergies with On’s other offices such as in Zurich, Berlin or Portland.
Your story

You have 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role and/or an events/hospitality background
You have a solid understanding of hospitality operations and best practices with an attention to detail
You are an outstanding communicator (verbal and written) with exceptional interpersonal skills
You embody an entrepreneurial spirit and are proactive and solution oriented with a can-do attitude
You have demonstrated working independently and are able to manage complex projects whilst sticking to critical time- and deadlines
You are fluent in English
