Doccla is a fast growing health care start-up providing Remote Monitoring Solutions to NHS Trusts across the country. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they worked with hospitals so that patients could be discharged early, freeing up more beds, allowing patients to recover quicker at home and also saving the NHS money.
About the role:
Doccla are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join their team in their West London offices. You will assist with the day-to-day running of Doccla NHS clients and be supported by the Doccla team in learning and understanding your role as a Business Admin Apprentice.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist with the day-to-day running of Doccla NHS clients, and support the delivery team.
- Working in conjunction with the Delivery Managers, implementing and optimising NHS clients to ensure Doccla provide a platform so patients can stay at home safely.
- Follow and update any standard operating procedures and documents.
- Provide operational support for the wider Doccla team when required.
- Securely and sensitively handle confidential patient data within a highly regulated environment.
- Meet Key Performance Indicator Standards in line with the company procedures.
- Clearly communicate with both clinicians and patients via phone calls and emails.
Entry Requirements:
- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
- You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Organised, punctual, with great attention to detail
- Microsoft Office, Outlook & Gmail experience
- Independent and able to work on own initiative
- Great at problem-solving and able to think on your feet
- Ability to communicate in a pleasant and knowledgeable manner
