Location: London (EC1)


Salary: Up to £40K

Key Responsibilities:




  • Project Coordination:Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.


  • Administrative Support:Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.


  • Communication:Facilitate clear communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.


  • Documentation:Maintain accurate records, create reports, and assist in drafting project documents.


  • Team Collaboration:Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting team members and contributing to a positive workplace culture.




Qualifications:




  • Previous experience in project coordination or administrative roles ideally within Commercial D&B, Architecture or similar


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
