Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Administrative Support:Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
Communication:Facilitate clear communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
Documentation:Maintain accurate records, create reports, and assist in drafting project documents.
Team Collaboration:Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting team members and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project coordination or administrative roles ideally within Commercial D&B, Architecture or similar
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
