Sleep Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Respiratory Physiology department at Charing Cross Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive team player to join our team as sleep centre receptionist.
The successful applicant will provide administration support to the sleep centre at Charing Cross Hospital. The primary function is to maintain patients’ diagnostic pathways via booking complex and non-complex sleep studies, reviewing appointment outcomes and care plan progress. The role involves ensuring next steps relating to planned administrative and clinical actions are in place and communicated to patients, and to help the department achieve compliance with RTT and DM01 targets.
We are looking for a friendly, approachable and highly motivated individual who will perform their role in a calm and professional manner, communicating effectively with patients and hospital staff, dedicated to delivering an excellent experience for the patient, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. This is a busy and demanding role which requires a proactive and confident person, with strong communication skills.
