Project Support Administrator Full Time

Key Information


Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.


Duration of Contract: Fixed Term for 6 months


Hours per week: Zero hours contract, up to 14 hours per week


Location: Sutton or Chelsea. This role is eligible for hybrid working however onsite meetings may be required.


Closing Date: 30 November 2023


Job Details


As Project Support Administrator, you will be required to support the progression of the Policy Library Review Project, support area leads to update their policies and migrate these to the new format. The post-holder may also be asked to do other administrator tasks that may be required to support other workstreams in the Evolve Programme.




Key Requirements


The successful candidate must have excellent written communication skills, be able to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across the whole organisation.




Directorate Information


This role sits within the Evolve Change Team in the Chief Financial Office, working closely with the Head of Governance who is leading on the Policy Review project.
