HR Administrator (Data and operations) Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, thorough and meticulous Administrator with excellent organisational and administrative skills, looking to further their career in HR administration and / or HR operations.



As HR Administrator you will be the first line of support for Pact staff who have queries related to our HRIS ( staff database) and have basic payroll queries. You will support the HR operations Officer with onboarding new starters and inputting and updating data related to starters, leavers, pay changes and absence. You will also prepare, and issue monthly pay changes letters. You will also support other functions within the team such as taking minutes of HR related meetings and supporting with the management of general HR mailboxes.



About the team:


A friendly fast paced environment with a team of 9 HR practitioners(including 2 volunteers) whose practices are embedded in the heart of the charities ethos.



About you:



You will have experience of working in an administrative role, data entry and working to deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, be proactive and solution focused when resolving issues. You will be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills and, be committed to maintaining data security and data integrity. You must also be proficient in the use of MS office.
