Job Description Daniel Galvin requires experienced, passionate full-time receptionists to join our team at our beautiful salons. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the best luxury London hairdressing brands. You will work alongside a team of talented receptionists to provide exceptional customer service to all visitors to the Salon. An important part of the position is to meet and greet every person who walks into the salon. We are looking for receptionists with great telephone skills to answer incoming calls, make client bookings and respond to queries. Experience with Salon Genius / Shortcuts / salon software and good data entry skills a clear advantage. Another facet of this job is learning about our complete hair product range, so that you can recommend to clients the suitable haircare product.
Person Specification You will be outgoing, confident, polite with excellent presentation. You will be a real “people person”. You will be fluent in spoken and written English. You must be prepared to work a 40 hour, 5 day week across Monday – Sunday. Experience of working front of house is essential and time spent working in a fast paced environment is highly desirable.
