Salary: Ark Support Band 5 (points 5 to 13) £27,687 - £31,344
Hours: 36 hours per week, shift patterns to be agreed on appointment.

About the role:
Come and work with great colleagues doing exciting things in West London’s best kept secret. We are looking for Administration Assistant to join our warm and friendly administration team. You will be located in the school’s main office to provide support for whole school administration. You will require excellent communication and organisational skills and be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages.
You will play an integral role in the team, responsible for ensuring Ark Acton Academy is a safe, inviting, and positive learning environment for students, staff and visitors. You will work to ensure the highest quality of administration and customer service to all stakeholders including parents, staff, students and visitors.

The ideal candidate will:
- Experience of running effective administrative systems, preferably in a school environment
- Experience of data entry into databases and other IT systems
- Excellent communication, writing and editing skills.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders and anticipate others’ needs.
- Able to manage several projects at once, prioritising accordingly to meet all deadlines.
- Able to take ownership of tasks and work with minimal supervision.
