Quality Assurance Programme Administrator Full Time

at East London NHS Foundation Trust London in London (Published at 04-12-2023)

We are looking for a highly organised, energetic and creative person to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team as Quality Assurance Programme Administrator.

In this role you will have the opportunity to support and enhance the delivery of our quality workstreams day to day, and our communication and engagement across the organisation and beyond.

The post offers an excellent opportunity to work within an organisation that puts quality at the heart of what we do, and the Quality Assurance team provides a great environment for learning and development. This role brings specific opportunities to train as a Quality Improvement Coach, and further develop communication and marketing skills.

We need you to bring your people skills and proactive approach to the team to help us develop and implement new systems, and build and maintain good working relationships with a range of people and teams, including service users. You will need to have a passion for communications and engaging with people, and be prepared to undertake training in this area.

The role offers real scope for career progression, either within the team, or into quality focused roles across the organisation.

The Quality Assurance Team is based at our East London Headquarters in Aldgate, offering excellent transport links, leisure opportunities, and a great location from which to explore everything London has to offer. The team is currently working flexibly, spending at least one day each week working together in the office and the rest of the time working remotely, whilst maintaining regular contact with each other, our clinical services and service users.

If you want to find out more about the role please contact James Allum (james.allum1@nhs.net), Quality Assurance Operational Lead.

Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive – so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations

Please see JD (Job Description) and PS (Personal Specification) for full details of role requirements.
