This client are challenging the heath care industry by offering bespoke virtual training courses to a variety of businesses. The content of videos for teaching have been industry changing, motivating professionals to get on board with their subscription model and you'll be ensuring these sign ups generate cash flow for the business!


Job Description


Key responsibilities for this Team Administrator position in the heath care industry include:



  • Manage central email inboxes responding to student queries and issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist with the onboarding of new students, ensuring all student records are accurate and up to date at all times

  • Assist with marketing and business development matters including social media and marketing material preparation

  • Support with account management activities including drafting contracts, completing new client documentation, raising invoices, producing progress reports, and answering client queries

  • Help with administration across a wide range of ad hoc business activities such as preparation of tender documentation and presentations, proof reading training and marketing materials, new course launches, and gathering data for analysis and reporting activities

  • Ensure client documentation is kept up to date and latest versions are always available on our central portal

  • Help with planning of off-site activities such as staff conferences, training events and company away days


The Successful Applicant


A successful candidates for this Team Administrator position will have:



  • Interest in education and learning, and a passion for adding to healthcare

  • High degree of organisational skills, with a logical approach to work and problem solving

  • Ability to prioritise/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency

  • Articulate communication skills - verbal, pictorial and numerical

  • Desire to learn and grow professionally

  • A willingness and flexibility to do "whatever it takes" for "whoever needs it" to foster the growth and success of the business

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Must have the right to live and work in UK
