About the role:
A vacancy has arisen for a full time Receptionist based in our Patient Services Department at 76 Wimpole Street.
Duties will include receiving and managing patients and visitors to The Doctors Laboratory, dealing with telephone enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, and participating in all clerical activities associated with the department, including data entry and collection of patient fees. You will also be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Patient Services Manager or their elected deputy.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a healthcare field, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience of utilising statistical analysis software, be highly skilled in Microsoft Office and be able to work as part of a team.
As part of this roles requirements, you will need to complete a DBS check.
