RWDI is seeking a Project Administrator/Administration Support to join our Project Delivery team in the Milton Keynes Office.

We seek an organised and enthusiastic person to join our team. You will help support a growing team of Project Managers by managing the administration of enquiries, assisting with the preparation of proposal documents, keeping our project accounting system up to date and ensuring that client follow up takes place.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Perform a variety of daily project administration duties, including setting up projects within the ERP system and project invoicing.
- Ensuring that all enquiries are managed in a friendly, helpful, professional and diligent way.
- Actively involved in recovering receivables
- Format and proofread memoranda, reports, letters, etc. using word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Completes the project closeout process, project archiving, and marketing information
- Provides administrative support to the Project Managers and project technical team as required
- Data entry into Customer Experience and Relationship Management Systems.
- Ensuring that Quality Assurances are completed, recorded, and meet company standards and project scope
We are currently accepting applications from candidates with the following skills:
- 3 years demonstrated experience in an office administration role.
- Highly organised and motivated.
- Methodical with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the individuals they are supporting
- Desire and ability to work in and contribute to project teams
Candidates should also possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, positive and consistent in manner and approach
- An ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 25,000 to 31,500 GBP - commensurate with experience.
