Share Schemes Administrator – Circa £45K – Fixed Term (Maternity cover)



The Aviva Share Schemes team have a very exciting opportunity available for an aspiring and ambitious Share Schemes Administrator, in the heart of the city for a 12-month cover.



You will support the delivery of the grants, releases, and maturities of all our plans. Through your effective communication and strong organisational skills, you will work collaboratively with our third-party administrator, Legal, Reward and HR/Payroll departments across the globe and build strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholder.



You have the chance to become a true expert in incentive plans, with the opportunity to represent Aviva at industry wide events and present internally and externally, to educate our employees of the benefits of the plans.



With your focus on delivery, sense of responsibility and even stronger customer focus, you’ll constantly seek to challenge and improve processes, whilst always considering the right thing to do for your customers and colleagues.



A bit about the job:




  • Working closely with our third-party administrator, external legal and tax advisors to ensure the smooth operation of our share plans including the life cycle events



  • Working closely with and supporting the Share Schemes team during all share scheme lifecycle events



  • Creating ways of increasing awareness / financial education of the share plans



  • Challenging and improving processes



  • Identifying common themes to create additional learning material if required.




Skills and experience we’re looking for:




  • A strong eye for detail, excellent organisational and communication skills



  • Previous experience of administering share schemes for a listed company



  • A good understanding of the legislation and regulations that govern share plans.



  • Prepared to take on challenges.



  • Share works and ISCA experience

  • Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
