Band 4 -Administrative officer/coordinator (Haringey Urgent Response) Full Time

To monitor all local policies and ensure timely review as required. To identify and undertake audits as required. To liaise with the Central Booking Team / Urgent response hub regarding any changes To maintain effective stock control of stationary at all sites, accurately recording stock levels and anticipating demand where possible and ensuring that replacement stock is ordered as required. Responsible for purchase of physical assets including stationary, office equipment and obtaining quotes for potential purchase of new equipment.

To support junior staff with their appraisal, supervision and also to induct new staff joiningthe team. To be guided by precedent and clearly defined procedures in own work responsibilities. To work without supervision and to seek advice from line manager when required. To manage own workload effectively ensuring work is prioritised and delivered to a high standard.

To manage allocation of workload to administration team effectively ensuring work is prioritised and delivered to a high standard. To train and motivate staff to achieve objectives and take on opportunities to improve their personal development. To support the planning and administration of the urgent response team . To participate in the staff appraisal scheme as an appraisee and to be responsible for own professional development plan in line with the Service objectives.

To be responsible for allocation of work, training and development To set up new starters to the service with IT and induct and train on Medway, Rio, Netcalls and other systems as needed.
