Are you an Administrator looking for an exciting new challenge in Bath or London? Buro Happold is looking for an Admin Assistant with previous experience in an administrative role, to help us on an internal project for 6 months. The role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
The UK and Cities Bid team is embarking on an internal project to utilise OpenAsset for its full potential as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool. The first part of this project is to setup the Employee module to contain profiles of our 2,000+ UK-based employees for their CVs. This role is one of three we are planning to recruit specifically to work on this project, and you will therefore be expected to:
- Work through a list of employees, transferring their existing CV information into their new OpenAsset profiles
- Search for incomplete information on both our staff and projects to ensure complete profiles are established

Your key duties
- As directed by our Knowledgebase Manager, access our CV library in SharePoint and work through a prioritised list of employee folders, taking content from Microsoft Word documents and populating set fields in OpenAsse
- Liaising with the wider bid and BD community to ensure additional intel relating to an individual’s career history is covered in their profile
- Liaising with the Central Marketing team to ensure the accurate project information is linked to an individual’s profile if they have worked on that project
- Adhering to the Buro Happold CV Style Guide to help edit the CV information that is being transferred to OpenAsset.
Your skills and experience
- Previous experience of coordinating and managing tight deadlines
- Excellent computer and IT skills including; Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams
- Experience of using spreadsheets and databases
- Experience of supporting a team of people as well as working on a one-to-one basis
- Working knowledge of OpenAsset is advantageous but not essential.
