Part Time Administration Assistant Full Time

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers- Maintain contact lists- Provide general support to visitors


Requirements:- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work- Excellent written and verbal communication skills


This is a hybrid position and you would only be required in our London office one day per week


Job Types: Part-time, Permanent


Salary: From £27,000.00 per year
