We are seeking a capable and approachable solicitor or paralegal who ideally has experience in drafting wills, probate matters (both taxable and not), lasting powers of attorney and deputyships. Some basic conveyancing knowledge would be a plus, but is not essential. The successful applicant will be part of a team of 3 lawyers in our busy private client department, within our long established but modern high street practice. Our clients come from a wide mix of backgrounds, locations and have varying needs, hence empathy is as vital as efficiency. We offer hybrid and flexible working, with secretarial support and suitable training where needed, and there is considerable scope for advancement for the right candidate. Driver preferred, as we do offer home visits.

Salary: £28,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
