Site Administrator
Willmott Dixon has an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team based onsite in Oldham. As an Administrator you will co-ordinate the flow of project documentation as the focal point of contact for all internal and external account enquiries and activities and to assist the team in all administrative, secretarial and project related activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing Daily Administration Support to the Project lead and the wider site team.
- First point of contact for all visitors.
- Supporting the Operations team with Daily Inductions.
- Assisting site team with Considerate Constructors Scheme.
- Support site meetings and workshops by preparing rooms and refreshments.
- Set up and maintain Project Directory of all our supply chain.
- Monthly recording of Environmental KPI’s.
- To support our site teams with Social Value to make a difference in the community we’re working in by arranging activities and recording the impact we have.
- Producing the Monthly Site Newsletter.
- Knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects and Fieldview desirable, however training can be given.
- Agency Labour / Timesheets.
- Assisting the Site Team with Health & Safety Files.
- Manage and order consumables/stationary.
- Support the Preparation of H&S Folders and Quality Folders.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
- Demonstrate a background working on site or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
