Medical Secretary

An exiting opportunity has arisen within the Wigan Urgent Care and Inpatient Teams for a Medical Secretary working at Atherleigh Park Hospital working 18.75 hours per week. Working days will be Monday and Friday 9am to 5pm and Wednesday morning.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Secretary who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high quality medical secretary support in an efficient and timely manner.
Provide a comprehensive secretarial service to a Consultant Psychiatrist including, the production of routine correspondence, typing letters, memos, reports etc. ensuring that the Trust's deadlines for standards are met and maintaining an efficient and effective filing and retrieval system.
