Team secretary Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Community Eating Disorder Team. The successful applicant will be situated within our south hub and provide administration and secretarial support for a fast paced and dynamic team with an excellent reputation. The team consists of Consultant Psychiatrist, Highly specialised dietitians, Nurses, OT's, Social workers, Family Therapists, Advanced Clinical Practitioner and clinical support workers as well as admin.

The successful applicant will be supported by our senior admin lead and all relevant training to the post.



  • Arrange and coordinate meetings/appointments with parents and professionals collating the information that is required.

  • To provide full secretarial support to the Team based at South CEDS, which covers South Manchester and Trafford.

  • Check and register new referrals on PARIS and waiting lists, updating any details as required

  • Update attendances on PARIS as required.

  • Arranging patients’ appointments as required by the Clinicians coordinating booking of interpreters when needed.

  • To exercise initiative and judgement based on acquired knowledge and experience when dealing with enquiries of a clinical and non-clinical nature

  • Data entry onto PARIS (CAMHS EPR), ensuring all documentation is uploaded to patients file on PARIS.

  • Booking of bloods in main Outpatients RMCH using HIVE.

  • To maintain an effective and appropriate filing and archiving ensuring strict confidentiality of client identifiable information.
