Company Overview

They have built a track record supporting large Real Estate Business across the commercial and residential sector and are constantly innovating their existing as well as groundbreaking new products. As part of this growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Helpdesk Analyst to join their dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide timely and efficient technical support to end-users, including clients, customers, and internal staff.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to our property technology solutions.


  • Collaborate with all other teams within the Company to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.


  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.


  • Create and update knowledge base articles to facilitate self-help options for users.

Role Requirements



  • Previous experience in a technical support or helpdesk role is preferred.


  • Knowledge of property technology (Proptech) solutions is a plus.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficiency in using helpdesk and ticketing software.
