1 London Bridge - This is an on-site role based at London Bridge Full time 37.5 hours per week 9AM-5.30PM Permanent



We’re looking for a Facility Head of IT to join our ITG team based at 1 London Bridge. The ITG team are a vibrant, innovative, mission focused team who have a strong focus and commitment of maintaining the strong culture we have here. What you’ll do:




  • Inform Facility ITG capital & operating budgets aligned with divisional budget directives


  • Establish, communicates, monitors and manages compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


  • Coordinate the assignment of resources to ITG projects, operations, & incidents


  • Align & monitor the assignment of resources and related financial allocations to Facility programs


  • Influence and inform plans for the Facility technical environment in conjunction with the technical service owners


  • Identify and coordinate the resolution of IT issues at the Facility


  • Be the escalation point for resolving ITG incidents and service requests and is responsible for managing continuous improvement activity to resolve underlying problems.




What you'll bring:



  • Must have experience of working in a complex healthcare environment


  • Developed leadership skills, managing a team with ever-changing focus


  • Strong experience of managing business change including formal projects


  • Understanding of ITG operations including: Service Desk, Desktop and Server Support, Networking, Network Security, Computer Operations and Customer Service Principles


  • Experience of producing and negotiating business cases


  • Stakeholder management up to board level
