Our client is a well-established Consultancy firm with 14 global offices.


Position Overview


As the public face of the IT Department, the Service Centre provides essential support to their business and customers. The role provides the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade financial systems and develop new skills on the job.


Responsibilities



  • Support and manage issues relating to all company applications and liaise with external vendors, as required, to identify a resolution

  • Provision, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure and services including client laptops, printers, switches, firewalls, WAPs and other peripheral devices, following appropriate processes and procedures

  • Administer user accounts, including MS O365, Palo Alto Global Connect, Okta, JAMF, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, etc.

  • Analyse and resolve assigned first/second/third line support calls at the London Head Office and other regional offices (globally), and for remote users.
