What you’ll be doing

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations as well as current and future infrastructure project initiatives, domestically and internationally. You will proactively implement, uphold and maintain Network standards, safeguard the enterprise infrastructure and support business requirements at campus locations and the data centre. Business as usual tasks will include supporting peers and colleagues, acting on all technical requests, responding to team escalations, performing change control and device configuration activities, and ensuring all open incidents for BPP are being worked to resolution and follow up research and reports are provided to establish root causes. You will also have the opportunity to improve departmental efficiencies, such as the development of standard operating procedures, creating technology documents and white papers, and designing and delivering staff training programmes.
