With a nationwide focus, they provide innovative solutions for their clients and pride themselves on committing to excellence. As part of their journey, they are seeking a talented IT Service Desk analyst to join their dynamic IT Function.

Role Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and service requests.




• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and efficient manner.




• Demonstrate expertise in supporting Windows 10 operating systems and Office 365 applications.




• Log and categorise incidents and service requests in the IT service management system.




• Assist end-users with technical issues, including hardware and software problems, connectivity, and system access.




• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for troubleshooting procedures, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst or similar role.




• Strong background in supporting Windows 10 and Office 365.




• Familiarity of ITIL, and ITIL best practices within an IT operations environment.




• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a positive user experience.




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
