Provide Level 1 & 2 IT Support to all Global staff seeking IT assistance either over the phone, in person or via a support ticket. Ownership of assigned issues and tasks. Proactively manage time and ticket queue and keep up to date oin any new applications



Expereince:


– Knowledge of Azure AD


– Experience within Microsoft technologies including; O365, Powershell and MS Teams


– Insurance OR Finacial Services Industry Experience


– Advance written and communication skiils dealing with stakeholders
